SHIPPING

*** Please note that due to the rotating Canada Post strike, we cannot guarantee shipping schedules at this time. ***

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. 

Shipping within Canada

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within Canada for orders over $100.00 via Canada Post. A flat rate shipping charge of $20 applies for orders under $100. Expect orders to arrive within 7-21 business days from date of order.  Tracking numbers are not provided for standard shipping. 

Tracked Shipping:  Available at an extra charge and sent via Xpresspost. 

Shipping to the US

Air Mail or Ground Canada Post to border then USPS. Shipping may take 7-21 business days. Tracked shipping may take 2-14 business days. Orders containing nail varnish will be shipped with Xpresspost, UPS or FedEx. Duty charges may be applied at the discretion of customs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, then you should please contact us at trends@moyoulondon.ca as soon as possible with your order number. If the items have not already been sent, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund via your original payment method. You will be sent an e-mail as confirmation of the refund. If the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail you confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until receipt of the goods before contacting us to process any returns or refunds.

RETURNS

At MoYou London we take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your products, please contact us at trends@moyoulondon.ca with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Returned due to over purchase or wrong selection - Product must be returned in original condition / packaging within 30 days of original invoice with proof of purchase. Image plates need to be in their original packaging with the blue film still in tact. Once your return has been received, we will email you to confirm. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Credit will be applied to same form of payment as the original invoice. 

Damaged / Defective Merchandise - If an item is found to be damaged in transit, defective out of the box, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us at trends@moyoulondon.ca within 48hrs of receiving the order. Instructions will be given based on the specific situation.

FAQs 

How can I track my parcel?

If you opted for tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number and details of the shipping company via email when your order has been shipped. 

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact the relevant delivery company for an update. If they are unable to locate your order, please contact us at trends@moyoulondon.ca with your order number.

Will I be charged customs and import fees?

Customs charges differ from country to country. We are unable to advise if they will apply to you or how much they may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office so that you are aware of what fees may be applied. MoYou London has no control over customs charges and it is the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel to pay these charges.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

If you wish to amend your order, contact us at trends@moyoulondon.ca with you order number. If your order has not been shipped, we will aim to place your order on hold until the amendments have been made.

If you wish to add items to your order, you will need to place a new order for the additional products. We will then merge the two orders and amend any shipping costs.

How do I apply a discount code?

Once you are ready to place your order, proceed to the checkout and enter the coupon code in the box provided. The code must be entered exactly as it appears in its original format. Then click on 'Apply Code' and your basket will be amended accordingly.

The item I want is not on the website. When will it be available again?

Occasionally products do run out of stock. If you would like to be notified of when a specific product becomes available, please contact us at trends@moyoulondon.ca and we will keep you updated.
